This project investigates whether functional specialization or modularity can support the development of multiple behaviors. In principle, modular solutions of this type can facilitate the development of multiple behaviors since each module is responsible for the production of different behavior. The project involves the implementation of regulatory networks of this type and the realization of experiments involving the production of different behaviors.
